Roger Estop

I make furniture with birch plywood and adapted everyday objects. My furniture converts flat sheet material into puzzle-like structures by means of geometry and shape-making, suiting children’s chairs in particular. The lower case chair combines typography with structure. My domestic dramas make stories from household utilities, while the wooden spoon holds an enduring fascination as a beautiful simple object and a resource for new adventures in homewares.
