The Design Process

This is how we would like to work with you


1. The Enquiry

Do you need original artwork? Do you already have artwork you would like to use? What will the final artwork be used for, a business card, an exhibition stand, a retail space?


2. The Estimate

From information gathered in your enquiry we will produce
a quote. This will detail exactly what you get, how long it
will take and our fee. In some instances this may require a site survey all of which we will carry out free of charge.

Once you are happy with the quote and agreed the terms and conditions, a percentage deposit will be taken and work
started right away.


3. The Design

Starting with a face to face consultation we will go over the finer details of the job. Not wasting any of your time with design related jargon and setting the process off on the right path.

From the meeting a range of distinct design routes will be
developed with three design cycles included within the artwork cost, making sure we get it right and your requirements met.


4. The Sign Off

When we have the design finalised, spec sheets will need to be signed off. Once this has happened and the remaining balance has been settled the artwork will then be yours, supplied in various formats on a flash drive.

In most cases the design outcome will be tailored for a particular product. If a general identity has been designed DesignEast can also produce all of your print and signage requirements.
